Cheney Walk Farm is owned by Sandy Pratt of Gainesville, Florida. We are a small private Hunter Jumper barn nestled in the middle of four subdivisions in South West Gainesville  and located inside of Cheney Walk Estates. I became involved in the equestrian business back when my oldest daughter, Kaley, was five years old and developed a strong passion for riding. Kaley never lost her passion for horses and continued riding while attending University of Florida and into adulthood. Kaley has 25 years of riding experience now and is a very gifted rider.

I do offer full training board but on a very limited basis since we usually have a waiting list. I also have horses and ponys for sale and will do occasional leases to qualified riders. We do not offer trail riding. If you are in the market for a new horse or pony please check our site out . We are in the process of setting up our new site now so it may take a few days to get all of our pictures up. We will also have a Breaking News blog and will feature pictures and clips from area riders. Children are always welcome at our barn. We also have various volunteer opportunities available.
